Hanley Clays

Designed and installed two air conditioning systems. We chose two slim line Daikin ducted systems to minimise ceiling space. The scope was to integrate the system with very little invasion, utilising the design of this award winning home whilst maintaining effective operation throughout. Custom mitred anodised bar grille above joinery. Currently short listed in this year “HOUSES” awards.

Bundeena House

Designed and installed two Daikin VRV systems. The scope was to integrate the system with very little invasion, showcasing the design of this award winning home whilst maintaining effective operation throughout.

CoolCats ACR successfully achieved this by installing slim line Daikin indoor fan coil units within the joinery. The benefit of this style of system, is to maximize ceiling heights and have no unwanted bulkheads. This system’s other key positives are that there is only one outdoor unit, precise temperature control across multiple rooms, and the option to have different fan speeds between each of the rooms.

Burraneer Home

Engineered, designed and installed two Daikin 40KW VRV systems and all mechanical ventilation. Installation objective was to maintain high ceilings, have no bulkheads, no invasive components and a high performance system for this high heat load, west facing waterfront home. Architectural minimalistic supply air slots, linear grilles installed throughout and integrated CBUS smart phone controls.

This system includes 14 indoor fan coil units all hidden within joinery and tight ceiling spaces. CoolCats ACR engineered acoustic duct within our design in order to achieve whisper quiet high airflows across large west facing rooms.

Walsh Bay Penthouse

CoolCats ACR designed and installed an integrated smart Daikin Air-conditioning system. The Architects scope was to have precise temperature control and little to no invasion with the ceiling. We accomplished this by having 25mm supply air slots within the bedroom’s joinery. Supply air slots are ideal to achieve an almost invisible system.

Coiled House

Designed and installed two Daikin ducted air conditioning systems. The scope was to integrate the system with very little invasion, whilst capturing the design of this award winning home and maintaining effective operation throughout. Both ducted systems had to be installed within a tight ceiling space as the client wanted to maximise his ceiling storage and still have room for a large 5-meter skylight. This award winning home is located in Sydney’s inner west.

South Cronulla Multi Residential Townhouses

CoolCats ACR successfully installed VRV systems within this South Cronulla project. All included linear bar grilles and accurate temperature control across each bedroom. Each indoor unit has its own control located within the room so its conditioning and can be operated independently.

Daikin VRV systems are the most efficient way to cool or heat your home if you have little ceiling space and rooms that are sometimes not in use. Invented by Daikin, Variable Refrigerant Technology automatically adapts the refrigerant temperature to the load for optimal user comfort, and increases seasonal efficiency by up to 28% when compared to other solutions.
